It’s our final day in Glen Affric today before we move on
to Mull. We had a lazy start and saw
Peter and Linda off, as they were heading home.
Mary and Les went off to explore another glen while we opted to explore
nearby Plodder Falls; an impressive waterfall set in woodlands planted by Lord
Tweedmouth in the 1800s, the piece de resistance being the towering Douglas
Firs and Redwoods. Following our short
walk we made our way back to the site spotting a superb male goosander on the
way. Tomorrow we look forward to our
journey to Mull involving two ferries.
